Battery / Converter issue

Well it's been 10 months now and I to this day can't remove my trailer from my truck with just the house battery and most times not with the TV plugged in. :-/ The only way I get it done is to plug it in the shore power and then it trips the converter breaker. Thoughts????

I had to replace the oem battery after a year. They probably use the cheapest thing they can find.

Has it ever worked? Or is this a day 1 issue? Do you have other issues with the battery or just the tongue jack?

It has been this way all along. It has been serviced for this issue but no resolve just within the last 5 or so trips it trips the converter breaker. At first I thought it was just a weight issue until i seen a unit like mine with no trouble a few weeks ago. I did call the dealer to have it looked at again to see if it could be the DC motor causing the issue.

I am guessing your motor has a bad brush, or you have something binding, making that motor pull more current than it should.
