Can someone help me find a contact at Columbus

I purchased a 2018 386 FK 1492 in Feb of 2018. It has now been in the shop over 8 months, and still having issues. I have not been able to get any response from the factory. I have 40+ pages of warranty work that has been completed and still more to do. Funtown RV in Texas has been a nightmare to deal with and no help at all in trying to resolve this... I have now taken it to a different dealer where it has been since July 2. I was able to take it out for the only family vacation we could take it on this year, in October, but then had to take it right back to the shop due to more issues.

Here is a dropbox link from the beginning of the purchase... Copy and paste and take a look...

Any help would be appreciated...
Thank you

Have you used this contact page? Palomino Contact Us
I do not own a Columbus 5er but a Cedar Creek and I have used the contact page for them with great results. So, I would suggest you try that page.
Good Luck.

40+ pages of warranty work.
Best of luck, I hope you get it fixed to your satisfaction.

What are the dealerships telling you as to why they can't fix it?

Good luck getting a response from her. My unit was in the shop for 9 months and now the warranty has run out.

Sorry to hear of all the trouble with your Columbus, we have a 2016 320RS and thankfully have had only 2 problems that needed corrected. The dealership (Liberty RV) Liberty Missouri was quick and responsive to repair the unit. I did however have to contact Columbus directly on two different items and used the "contact" link in their web site. Both times they answered me directly within 48 hours with positive results both times.
Good luck with getting your repairs complete.

Try this email. You have to be persistent. I have had some issues as well.

We have had a couple emails in that haven’t been answered recently so not sure if the factory is closed or we are being ignored.

Frustrating when you make a purchase for fun and turns into a nightmare.

How in the hell did this thing pass a PDI? Did you even do a PDI? If so, why did you take it?

68 complaints in the past 3 years to the Better Business Bureau (as of this morning)

Just for grins I tried to read the linked emails. They didn't help with the warranty issues. Maybe the original readers has the same problem I did? My eyes glazed over and I gave up before getting to the "complaint" section -- if there was one in Email 1.

Glancing at the warranty repairs (via Camping World of all places) I don't doubt the trailer was in horrible condition when it was accepted.
