I have a palomino thoroughbred, in the toilet there is a mosquito slide covering the window, both slide up and down, does anyone know how to remove the mosquito part as i cant clean the window frame and it has mould on it. i cant even clean it from the outside.

I just went out and looked at mine. It seems the little screen is held in by springs in the frame, but I pushed pretty hard and was afraid I'd break it before it came out. I did discover that if you need to get to the bottom of the window frame you can slide the glass up, then push up on the screen and it will slide up as well.
If that doesn't work, try sending a message to Palomino Pal and he can probably tell you how it comes out.
