Columbus Castaway 77MB

Hello. Does anyone own a Columbus Castaway 77MB? I am considering buying one.

Love the layout, quality build, automatic leveling, and that it is a year-round living bumper pull. I like bumper pull trailers because there are no steps. I have back issues. I've had successful surgery but steps are not always my friend. So a bumper pull on a single level is perfect.

I am however a bit concerned with the length which is listed as 39 feet, 11 inches -- so 40 feet!

Any towing issues from anyone who has a Castaway? For anyone else, what are things I need to look out for with a trailer this long? Any positive or negative comments for the Castaway trailers?

My tow vehicle is a Chevrolet HD 2500 with Duramax diesel mated to an Allison transmission so I have plenty of tow power and capacity.

Thank you. --BMorgan522
