Extended FR XTRA-RIDE Warranty

Against popular opinion we bought an extended warranty on our used 2010 FR Puma, 25RS...We submitted our first and only claim,,,seems the dealer is looking for all the reasons we are not covered for our specific problem rather than taking care of their customer...Of course, this was bought from the same dealer we bought our camper from...I am very disappointed and disillusioned...sorry just venting...Wolfie

wow that sucks - hopefully you will get it taken care of and the dealer will just fix it.

I take it you didnt buy the FR 2nd year warranty - it was an aftermarket extended warranty.

What issue are you having that they are claiming it isnt covered under warranty if I can ask

I have XTRA-Ride warranty as well. Had issues with the way the dealer did the paper work and had to work it out with XTRA-Ride directly. They seemed very reasonable and took care of my issue. If I am not mistaken you can take the trailer to any dealer and get it fixed as long as you get approval before hand. Try a different dealer I am sure they would be willing to get paid for your repair minus any deductible which in my case is $50 when taking it to another dealer.
