Unhappy First camper first time out camping

Took our new 2 us 2011 palomino Sabre 29 ft 250 miles to a full service campsite this weekend (bought camper on Thursday headed out on Friday) got to campsite, camper slide out would just grind and not move, got hand crank out to manually extend it, and put crank on manual extension rod and it fell to the ground. Then couldn’t get anything to turn on. No air no lights. Luckily for us it was only 95 in the shade in Kansas.

Wife had decided enough was enough so, packed up and went back home. Pulled the jackknife sofa out, because the heat had brought out a really bad dog piss Oder in it.

Took camper to dealership today and they fixed the problems pro bono. Which was good.

So, now looking forward (kinda) for this coming weekend for a take two.

Welcome to the RV world. No matter how much you spend, they are all junk. My first TT was used....never again. People simply do not know how to maintain them properly. Good luck!
