Gray water drains

My son and a friend of mine have 2018 and 2019 Puma 32RBFQ's. They were telling me that they have never gotten water out of the drain that is marked as galley. Before you ask the valve is open. When you run water in kitchen sink, it runs out the back gray water drain. The same as the bathroom sink, shower and outdoor kitchen sink. Can someone solve this puzzle?

Couple questions.
Does it have 2 bathrooms?
Does it have an outdoor kitchen?
Have you looked for valve in the grey line ahead of the main drain lines?

Are you sure that it has 2 grey tanks by the specs it looks like there is only one tank. No galley tank. ???

When you say nothing comes from tank drain marked galley were are you looking?? On the info panel board ??? The boards are generic to many models.

Does it by chance have washer / dryer prep? Ours did and we never got any water out of the ‘galley’. It turns out the ‘galley’ tank is dedicated to the washer drain. We don’t have a washer so no water into that tank.

Chickdoe has it right. After posting, I was pondering over this and realized what Chickdoe was saying. Thanks for input.

do both of the gray tanks drain out of the same sewer hose connection? if so, and you need to increase your gray tank capacity you cam buy an external twist on sewer valve and put it onto the sewer outlet. close this valve and open the two gray valves and the water in the gray tanks will equalize between then thus increasing you gray tank capacity.
