Thanks for the allocades, but do you realize we are not Forest River, we are just customers like you? We just enjoy getting together here and sharing info. The forum has no ties to the Forest River company.

I'm sure Forest River would appreciate if you dropped them a line with your kind words.

Yep,
Forest River Forums is NOT a part of FR Inc, nor does it have any affiliation with them.
I don't believe Brian is a member so doubt he'll ever see your thank you.

Welcome to the Forum but it does not belong to Forest River as was said for the most part we are customers like you. You need to pass your thanks on to Forest River as it will probably not get there from this forum.........

Am confused because when i bought my Trailer the said sign up here for owners plus the bottom of the FROG home page says this "© 2018 FORESTRIVERINC.COM, a Division of FOREST RIVER, INC." so this makes me believe its owned by Forest river. Right? And it links too there main page.

FROG is a customer-oriented part, supported by FR Inc. but has no association with this Forum.
They help with the organizing of rallies and events for owners of FR products.

This Forum is a separate entity made up of FR owners.
We do have a handful of FR employees who join to help owners of the FR division that they represent.
But they do this on their own, not because FR Inc requires them to.

Don't let these disclaimers run you off. We are glad to hear of your good experience and just wanted to let you know that FR may not see your note here.
We hope you will stick around and join our discussions.

The Chief Cook and Bottle Washer of the Forest River Owners Group (FROG) is an active member here. You can contact him (Bob Byrnes) via Private Message (PM) at his username (F.R.O.G.)

I am very sure he would pass along that accolade. He may not get a chance for a while because he is down south right now running several winter rallies.

Again Welcome to the Forum ..... I do not think anyone is trying to run you off , or put you down, we are just trying help to get your thanks to the right people.

It is great to hear good news as bad news, as bad new is more often heard as people need to vent. Please offer up any questions or good news we want to hear it. We have many here that try to help.

The original poster was kind enough to send me an e-mail regarding Brian's great service, and I'm passing it along both to Brian and to Forest River's management team.

As several folks have mentioned, the Forest River Owners' Group (FROG) is a division of Forest River. The Forest River Forums are not, although a lot of FROG members and Forest River employees, including me, are active on the forums.

Bob, I appreciate chiming in.

But I have to disagree about there being a lot of FR employees who are active members here.
By my count, including you, there are only about 5 at best.
