leaking fridge on outside

I noticed some slight de-lamination going on below the fridge access panel/vents outside. When i open up the panel i see condensation on the wires dripping from way up above opening on the inside behind fridge. I have no idea what is leaking or condensation or where it is going other than the wet wires.
My first thought is the drip line from the drain pan inside fridge but I dont even know how its routed.

Fridge works great, no issues ever.

Any advice on tracing leak, troubleshooting etc. maybe pulling fridge foward if possible to look behind?
Fridge is dual propane and electric with freezer. Its an 07 Palomino gazelle 21'.

Thanks in advance

The water may be coming from the drip tube as us suspected. If you can reach the hose put an extension on it to rout is away from the wires etc.

That drip tube should extend outside the access panel so that the water doesn't drip inside the unit. As SeaDog said, add some extension tubing to it. They also make a screened plug to go in the end of the tubing to keep mud daubers and spiders from building in it and clogging it up. Just search for 'RV refrigerator drain tube' and you find the replacements and a lot of how to's on it.

Also, the inside of the access opening should be sealed especially where they cut into the wall.

This link shows the drain tube 4 1/2' and the end plug

https://www.amazon.com/Dometic-29321.../dp/B008RO9DZE

Just route it through the louvers on the bottom outside your reefer and let it drip on the ground.

Any RV store should probably have it available too.

Thanks Douglas for those links. That hose sure looks like protective wire wrap in picture. I’m sure it’s not, but sure looks like it. I will dig into it this weekend and report back.

You are correct, it does look like protective cover on wire (Wire Loom) but it has no slit, it is a correlated tube.

Just for an update, there was no hose, it was completely gone.... couldn't figure out where it was supposed to be with such limited space until i poured a little water in the drain pan and found it immediately. I'm headed to home depot to buy some clear tubing. Not going to spend $20 for that same brittle tubing from dealer. Will report back

$5.50 and fixed
1/2” ID tubing, 1/2” plug of sort. 2 zip ties.

Cleaned off nipple of drain spout, rubbed spit on it and pushed tubing on all the way. Zip tied it.
Ran hose out bug screens in access panel, left a little slack inside so I could remove panel, etc.
drilled a bunch of holes in the little plug. Zip tied it on and tested.

Will probably last longer than I have the trailer.

Thanks for help folks

Only on Dometic fridges.

On NorCold fridges, the drip tube goes into a little tray on the back of the fridge. It's near a heat source and is designed to collect the condensation and evaporate it.
