leveling problems

my husband bought a 2016 puma 32 rkts in march. I kept feeling like my head was lower than my feet. while we were on our last camping trip, a few weeks ago, we noticed that the front of the camper looked off. the problem is, when we park it level and then we let the slides out the bedroom goes down. our last camper had a slide in it and that didn't happen, but it also had leveling jacks and the new camper just has stabilizing jacks. does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks

I would set up with the head side about a 1/2 inch to high. Then run the stabilizer jacks down and snug them up. Then run the slide out, when you are done the unit should be about level.

No I do not think that will be enough un-level to effect the fridge. If the front of the unit does lower when you put the slide out you should wind up almost perfectly level.
