Post Lowering over head bunk bed

Just acquired a 2009 Palomino Puma Unleashed, and am having a head scratching moment on how to lower the overhead bunk bed in the garage. This unit does not have the electric lift system, yet (4) hydraulic cylinders attached to the bed and side wall. it has resting brackets mounted on the wall that prevents me from pulling bed straight down, and a wheel track on the other end of the bed that does not allow me to move the bed horizontally.. And with the hydraulic cylinders attached i am unable to push the bed upwards towards the ceiling..

I would assume i would need to remove the cylinders, push up on the wheel track side, to clear the resting bracket on the opposite side.

Wanted to check the brighter minds out there before i started disassembling.

There was no manual on this unit, and i cannot find anything online.

Wish i had better pictures to paint this issue for you. Thanks for any help given.

Should be able to pull it straight down. They are similar hydraulic shocks on your queen bed in master
