How often or do dealers seal units on their lots? 2019s?
How often do owners seal theirs?

I'm guessing that you mean roof sealing, since i cant think of a different tyoe of sealing on RVs.
Dealers DON'T do any sealing. Maybe if they take in an used unit and do some sealing to sell it.
I check my roof caulking every 6 months.
That's why I insist on inspecting the roof seals during the PDI/walkthrough. On my current TT, found numerous places that needed resealing.

Yes, dealers and customers need to maintain the seals.

I very much doubt that any dealer is sending employees out to check seals on units sitting on their lots. Many RVers find water damage to brand new rigs that have not left the dealer lot. I check mine once and awhile mainly because my rig stays in my shop when I'm not using it.

Are you talking about roof seals or some other seals?
There are rubber seals on slideouts. There are vertical seals on the walls.
Don't count on any RV dealers maintaining roof seals on their units. They'll probably do a quick inspection when they receive the unit, from the factory, and MAYBE repair if they find something. But there's no maintenance after that.

Right. I know no dealer is going to put out the expense of having all the units on their lots sealed at any time. I know now not to expect a new unit, last years model, to be sealed

Yes that’s what I believe after buying mine with damage I didn’t notice right away

I am pretty sure no dealer inspects or repairs roof seals while on their lot. They also do not treat the rubber slide seals every 3 months like is recommended even though many of them leave them out a lot thus exposing to the elements an UV rays. Another thing they regularly do is extend the slides without the unit being close to level. When I traded my toy hauler for my present M/H I pulled it to the dealers lot, they had me unhook and immediately proceeded to open both slides, inspect the interior and then hooked a fork lift to the trailer and pulled it all the way around the building with both slides out!
