Mattress Size

Is it possible to get a full size residential queen mattress in the Puma FW's?

I guess I need to rephase my question.

What size is the mattress that comes with the Puma and Thoroughbred? I see there is a mattress upgrade option, but what size is it?

Your going to have to Measure them, for Instince, I have a King size, Not a Cal king ( what i thought anyway) or even a Reguler King, Its a eastern King ( never heard of it before) Its wider then it is Long, thuse bedroom slid size.. Sooo by upgrade they mean Comfort, Not size, Unless You can Upgrade to King, make sence ??? Kinda ran the whole circle there

The problem is I cannot find one locally to look at and measure. If it the 74" I will not waste my time looking. Some of the floor plans show 60x74 and some has queen bed.

OH you did not say you were still looking. I assumed you already owned the trailer. Sorry.
Call a dealer and ask them or email Forest River and ask the specific question to them.

IF you have an east-west bed in a slide out, (meaning side to side when laying on the bed) then you more than likely have a short queen like I have, that is 72" long, instead of the residential 75" long, or something like that. My feet hang off the end of the bed, but when the slide is in, the mattress touches the dresser, so no room for anything bigger, without major modifications. Randy

In my continuing search it appears that most (if not all) TT only come with the 60"x74" mattress. Some even have a 70" long one. This is the main reason stopping me from getting a TT instead of a FW.
