No signal from tv antenna.

I have the antenna up and have turned it in every direction trying to get a station, bit can't get any. Anyone have a clue why I can't get a single station? It seems like the antenna isn't working. Is there a booster that I don't know about?

Look for a cable outlet inside of a cabinet. There should be a switch sticking out. You need to flip it to get the antenna to work. It is used to switch between cable and antenna. Happened to me until I found it.

Yup there is a booster. Follow the coax cable from your tv to where it plugs into a plastic plate. Push in the little black button and a light should come on. Then you'll have to go into the TV menu and do a channel search. You'll probably have to rotate the antenna to get the strongest signal.

i gotta say, your questions should have been a basic part of your PDI.
how to use the antenna and what the outlets are for.

your dealer should be ashamed for not explaining these basic important areas to you.

I can not see inside of mine because it is in a small cubby hole under the tv.

Just googled it and found out that it is a 12v power supply. Thanks again for the help. I now have over 20 channels!

Happy surfing!

And be sure to turn the power off if you hook to cable.

And off when you store. It will help drain the battery quickly.
