We’re at $30,300 and they are going to remove the power awning (were on a permanent site with a deck and roof over) and washer and dryer (bad water so my wife refuses to do laundry at the campground) and credit me $2500 for those items, bringing us down to $27,800 plus tax and title. Does this sound fair?
