That's most people's reaction. From what I recall, it draws 11 amps until down to temp, then draws around 3 amps average. I'm going to have two 6 volt agm batteries rated at 190 amp hours, so I should have plenty of juice to last between generator runs for the A/C and what-not...


I've read a lot of positive things about this fridge (brand Everchill). You can still get a propane unit as an option, but I think it costs more now as an upgrade - probably due to the extra work of running propane lines and cutting vents in the wall and roof (this fridge does not require those vents).

I was going to take delivery Friday, but we found a few issues that needed to be fixed. Some minor sealing, the shower door needed caulking at the base to keep water from running onto the floor, and the water line to the toilet was leaking at the connection fitting at the toilet.

They said I could get it today, but I said let's just schedule delivery for this coming Friday so there's plenty of time to address and fix the issues...

Keep on them to get them fixed. Some dealers will say items are fixed but when you get there they are not.

Yup. My RV tech friend is going to go back with me to check for completed repairs before I take delivery...

I bet you will be glad to finally get it in your yard. Looks like mine will not be moving this year. But of course that’s a personal choice on my part.

My apologies for not posting in so long. We did get our rig and have been happy with it. There have been very minor issues, but that's expected.


My wife has some pictures of it - I need to get them from her to post on here for everyone. It's already seen over 4000 miles and 7 states.


For the curious among us... before it even left the dealer I had 2 Duracell 6V AGM 190Ah batteries and Goodyear Endurance tires put on it. I don't like cheap batteries or tires giving problems.


I've also added a backup camera (not Furrion), Andersen weight distribution hitch, and probably some other minor things I'm not remembering.


I've still got more plans of "add-ons."
