Ramp Door Rotting

Has anybody experienced water rot damage to their ramp door? We have a 2010 21TFU which is great but the bottom of the ramp all the way across is water logged, rotten and the ramp is about to fall off! Thanks

Here's some pics of the damage to our ramp. If you have this type of ramp, make sure it's dry and have it and sealed along the bottom edge.
