Switch from city connection back to FW Tank

Hi:
I purchased a used 2010 Palomino Puma 20QB. I recently fixed the city connection - 3rd summer after purchase - and my brother did something under the sink for the FW pump to switch the water to the plumbing. He's not available to help me switch it back - I have ZERO paperwork and can't see any type of knob to turn underneath. I can see the hose from the FW outside connection into the tank through to the floor. Also now, when I turn on the pump it does not go on. I need to winterize it, and I usually just put my antifreeze into my FW inlet and pump through. Please, someone help me.

I recommend adding the antifreeze via an antifreeze intake port ( see photo). This uses considerably less antifreeze and is much easier to rinse out in the spring. Unfortunately I can not help on what your relative modified without being able to see it.

I would but...

I don't know where my pump is, and the switch won't turn the pump on. So that's the answer I need.

If the pressure in the system is above the set pump trigger pressure the pump will not come on. Disconnect RV from public water, turn on pump switch then open a faucet. pump should turn on and you should be able to locate it.

Can you provide photos of the underside of your sink (kitchen and bathroom) where you say your brother did something?

Water pumps are often located behind a wall panel that is fastened with screws, that gives you access. Sometimes, there’s an access panel underneath the shower floor, and the pump could be there.

Never use water taps while connected to city water AND the water pump at the same time. It’s one or the other.
