Thank You Columbus

I was one of the first people on this forum to purchase a Columbus 320RS.
Being a new line, I expected to have a few problems. I accepted that.
I had some problems, most were minor and I took care of them myself.
However, what impressed me was the assistance I received from Columbus, from the local rep to a manager at the plant to the big boss over the division. They were all concerned and offered assistance; not only offered it, but actually helped. They also listened to my feedback and suggestions.
Having a strong customer support system is extremely important to me and the problems I once had are now corrected.
I now have my Columbus 320RS loaded up, ready to go out in the near future. I can hardly wait.
I wanted to thank everyone at Columbus for their support and assistance.

Glad to hear that both of your are enjoying your Columbus 320RS's, you can add us to the list of "HAPPY CAMPERS" as our 320 is doing a great job for us too with only a few issues which we are keeping a list of and will take it to the dealer when our "season" is over and have all the issues taken care of--some of the little things i fix myself and make my own mods-- its been a blast so far. Jeff- we are thinking of puttin-"ENJOYING
LIFE ONE CAMPGROUND AT A TIME" on the back of our 320> did you get "Earth Station" on yours yet?

Haven't gotten Earth Station on the back.......... I want it in the same font as Columbus........... if not the same colors!!! Love the Enjoying Life One Campground At A Time!!!! When we get it on -- we will post pictures.
