I was one of the first people on this forum to purchase a Columbus 320RS.
Being a new line, I expected to have a few problems. I accepted that.
I had some problems, most were minor and I took care of them myself.
However, what impressed me was the assistance I received from Columbus, from the local rep to a manager at the plant to the big boss over the division. They were all concerned and offered assistance; not only offered it, but actually helped. They also listened to my feedback and suggestions.
Having a strong customer support system is extremely important to me and the problems I once had are now corrected.
I now have my Columbus 320RS loaded up, ready to go out in the near future. I can hardly wait.
