What are you using to hang stuff

Wondering what you guys and gals are using to hang fairly light stuff on the inside walls. Say 2-4 lbs. I have an 8 X 10 picture weighs about 2 lbs that the DW wants hung. I was thinking of the traditional nail and hook picture hanger with some two sided tape to hold it still, but if possible would rather not make any holes in walls.

Suggestions please.

We use the 3M velcro picture hangers and they come off with no marks on the wall.

For a picture I'd use the 3M tape (hook and loop type, but with the pull tab that makes it easy to remove leaving no marks or damage)

I've hung pictures with it.
