What is this?

I just bought a new Puma 28RBQS trailer and on our first camping trip was going over everything and I cant find anything in the manual or any of the manuals that say what this is. Also they didn't say anything on the walk thru. We are thinking its an outside holder for a TV since there is a plug and cable connection under it. Anyone have any input?

Yes, that should be a TV mount.

Do you use it at all? I quess you would have to buy a TV mount to go into it. Any idea on max size for TV? oh so the inside mount can move to the outside if you want! Thanks!

The TV on the inside has the quick disconnect and can be taken outside to that mount. We have 2018 31BHSS and used it last week. I watched NCAA basketball championship outside.Click image for larger version

The tv inside should be able to be removed and put outside on that bracket. Both inside and out have the same bracket. Same set up on my Rockwood.

That's the exact outside kitchen we have. We love it especially the wife!

I have the same mount on my new Solaire 268BHSK trailer. I also had one like it on my previous RV (Rockwood Roo). However, I could never figure out what kind of mount to buy to fit on the TV which would supposedly slide into it. Anyone out there have a photo to share of the mount on the back of their TV which works with these outside mounts?

Your inside TV will likely slide up at the base and can be mounted outside. That is how mine works. I bought this for the bedroom and move that back and forth.
