We've had this for two seasons and for the most part works well. Of course need to be mindful of trees which is a challenge where we camp. If I have to make a choice between being by a lake or no trees to the south i will go with the lake view trying to get the most open southern exposure. On the plus side there was one month where we paid and never got to use it due to no reception and on their own they refunded our payment! Couldn't believe that one.
