Flooring Salem vs Springdale... particle board vs plywood

Hello, I am totally new here so please be patient with my questions. :-) Doing some research on the above trailers. I was leaning towards the Springdale as it was nice and the price point is good. I was told today that they use particle board in the floors of the Springdale, and plywood in the Salem, wildwood versions. I've looked on line and cant see anything to confirm this. Does anyone know if this is true? This will play a big role in our decision as the trailer we need to get, will be placed at our lot in Northern Ontario, in a forest reserve. So it will be humid, and obviously rain and snow.... we are not towing it back and forth, this will be permanently placed there. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks Renee

I'm sure you'll get plenty of responses on Salem and Wildwood.
But Springdale is not a Forest River product so not sure if you'll get much feedback on them.
Springdale is a Keystone product, which is a division of Thor Industries, Forest River's main competitor.

Springdale actually has OSB (Oriented Strand Board) so it's not exactly particle board, but it's not true plywood either.

Salem/Wildwood use 5/8" T&G plywood.

We had a Springdale before the Salem Hemisphere we have now. Used it for 5 years. For an "entry" level TT is was built very well.

The build sheet on my Salem says "Dyna-Span" for the sub floor. Dyna-Span is an OSB that is sandwiched with resin between the layers then compressed under intense pressure. It has a 25 year warranty under normal wear and tear. The warranty excludes water intrusion caused by defective plumbing and neglected seam maintenance.
