it's cold these days

Would anyone know whats going on with my furnace. I own a 2007 flagstaff 5th wheel and one minute it's working fine and the next it turns on for 20 seconds, blows cold air then turns off. My tanks are full and there aren't
any blown fuses. Can someone help????

Is it plugged into shoreline or on batteries? If on batteries, are they fully charged? If not charged, the heater will cycle then shut off while there is still enough power to shut off the electric valves.

If you are plugged in, then I have no solution, maybe someone else can pop in.

Do you hear it clicking the igniter? Air intake blocked? Air in your gas lines?

It is possible you have a bad circuit board.

I had a similar problem with a previous tt. It would run for a minute or so then cycle off, then do it all over again. It turned out to be my regulator at the tanks. Cheap and easy fix. I don't know if that's your problem but you might check it out.

i appreciate all the replys, i'll start trouble shooting. however as far as the regulater i asume it's working properly because the stove and the water heater are working fine, regardless, thank you all.

When my furnance was acting up the stove and water heater worked just fine as well. I was told by the service manager at my dealer the bad regulator didn't effect the stove and hot water tank the way it does the furnance.
If I remember correctly he told me the furnance was not getting enough gas and that was why it would shut off. There was however enough gas getting through to allow the pilot to light and start the burners, just not enough to keep them going.
All I really know is the new regulator at the tanks did fix the problem.
Hopefully someone on here can explain it better.

Ask your dealer about a Dinosaur board instead of OEM (unless you are under warranty). Dinosaur Electronics makes excellent boards and are my first choice over OEM if one fails.

it is the circuit board not sensing flame which means time 4 a new one, try Matt at lakeshore rv in parts, 231 788 2040, you will need your make and model number off the furnace.
