Never seen one of these
I think I've seen threads here before, with questions about how to empty a long run of standard sewer hose of all its stuff, ... I've never seen this item before, but just run across it at Amazon, ... a little pricey for what it does, but it's certainly a unique tool and there may be folks here who would find this useful for their situation, ...

I've always found that crow or wonder bars will do a similar job and they're a handy tool to keep around too.

x2!
We did use a hydrant wrench held over our head, when draining fire hose before loading it back on the engine. But that was 50-100ft sections of heavy hose, not lightweight 10ft sections of RV hose.

I never figured out the angst around the black tank. It’s YOUR poop! Didn’t these folks ever change a diaper?
I’ve been emptying black tanks for 30 years without gloves and “hose assists.” What are these people going to do when there is a zombie apocalypse?

X2 -- ½" rod and a bow roller and you're good to go.
Walmart has the rollers for about $3 and a rod at home depot is less than $6.

Having been on RV forums for over 15 years, I've gotten used to people and their poo phobias. For example, the number of RV owners who refuse to allow #1 or #2 in their toilets. Or those that put used TP in a bag next to the toilet, so they don't have to deal with paper clogs. Or those that Hazmat up, when dumping the black tank.
As a retired firefighter/EMT and also working in hospitals, I'm pretty immune to all that. But many have no stomach for it and seek to avoid it.

X3 My dad told me when I was knee high to a grasshopper-there's nothing you can get on your hands that won't wash/wear off.

I just bend down and lift. Good exercise and at 76+ I'm still able to do it.
If people are emptying their tanks properly there should be no "sewage" on the outside of the hose. If worried that it might have become contaminated, just rinse it off before putting it away but then be prepared for lots of rust inside the bumper storage.

Truth be told I prefer emptying trailer holding tanks to diapers. Probably a genetic flaw in men

If you grew up on a farm and had to shovel manure out of a horse or cow stall, then what little **** is in that hose would not be a concern at all. I always flush my black tank at least three times before disconnecting the hose, I then just walk the clean hose toward the sewage inlet in order to get all of the water out of it.

Now, why did'nt I think of that. With my plastic, expandable, slopie hose support, hose is self draining, for the most part. Now, there are exceptions.

Sanitize the zombies?
On a more serious note, the circumstances of dumping a black tank are frequently very different than wiping after using the bathroom or changing a diaper. I've never seen a dump station with a sink for hand washing. "And frankly, the handles on a sink in that situation would be pretty gross as well.
If your hands are contaminated, you then handle your vehicle door handles, keys, steering wheel, ventilation controls and more. You can use hand sanitizer, of course, but nitrile gloves are cheap, and basic precautions ensure you don't leave fecal matter and urine samples on the living surfaces of your TV or motorhome cab.
On the other hand, the guys who pump my septic system don't get worried about sanitation, but I've never seen a crew member older than about 35. Just sayin'.
PS, I keep ALL poop as far away from my mouth and face as possible. For one thing, it's not just my poop in the black tank, and much as I love my wife, I'm not about to, well, eat her ***.
