New Forest River RV Contact Page
There's a great new update on the Forest River RV website.
WHILE WE ALWAYS ENCOURAGE OWNERS TO CONTACT THEIR LOCAL DEALER FOR PARTS AND SERVICE, here are links to the designated contacts for sales and service in the various divisions, including names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and fax numbers.
Note that this is not the "Contact Us" page for Forest River Corporate, but for the Forest River RV section of the site.
You can get to the page by going to
Forest River RV Contact Us - Forest River, Inc.
To maneuver to the site through the Forest River website,
- Go to www.forestriverinc.com
- Click on "Recreational Line"
- Click on "RVs"
- Scroll down and click on "Forest River"
- Scroll down to see all of the terrific enhancements & click on "Contact Us"
- Select the type of RV you have, click on the menu arrow, and select the division you want to contact.
One other note, when you scroll down to the "Forest River" RV link, note that, even though they are Forest River divisions, Coachmen, Dynamax, Prime Time, Palomino, and Shasta have links to their own websites. If you have one of those brands, please click through to those websites instead of to Forest River.
Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks for that link information Bob. The lack of a “contact us” button on the Forest River RV website has always been a peeve of mine.

Thanks for this info.
I'm sending this link to the new service manager at my dealership.
I'm also recommending he join our forum so he can get a heads-up into the service problems the factory is putting into the field as well as solutions in many cases.

Bob, I noticed that they haven't provided the names of the warranty reps. Will they be adding those names, too?

I was looking at the Rockwood/Flagstaff contacts. Unless Greg Rollins is not there anymore, his name and contact info are missing.

Not only the contacts section, but the whole site is much improved. Good changes & thanks for the link!
Maybe we'll get product specific parts/schematics etc. on line one of these days like Winnie has. This shows FR is listening...good!

waiting but getting excited
I have a question. From the time you pay for a travel trailer, how long does it take before you should have procession of it? I'm on my 4 month and still waiting. I'm just getting excited. I can finally get around on my own and my kids want me to take them camping, hunting & fishing. I would also like to plan a trip to see my parents.

You should be getting close. 4 Months is quite a while.
I think the RV industry was caught off guard by how fast the economy came roaring back. And now 7 years after the 2008 melt down, people have so much money they are looking to spend it on RV's. The factories are just running flat out. They cannot keep up with demand.
Hang tight. I am sure your RV will be coming in soon.
Vin.

I didn't order it. They had to order a lot of parts to fix it. I think mine was made on a friday . LOL . I just called to see how it was going and I was told they just now received confirmation that some of the parts are on the way. I called Forest River and that's just a call. I keeping my hopes up.
