On a recent trip I stopped at the Outlet Mall in Round Rock, TX after driving through the recent rain storms. Parked the RV, a 2014 Forest River Georgetown 328TS, went through some of the stores and went back to the RV to find my jacks down. Efforts to retract tem did not work, it only raised the RV up.

Good Sam dispatched Matt, he called and said he would be there ASAP and he was, about 30 minutes. He tried resetting the brains of the jacks but did not work. He located the trouble. With all the rain I had come through the wire connector seal did not work and it was soaked. Disconnected it and manually raised the jacks and secured them with bungee cords to be safe.

I was on my way again in just about 90 minutes from my first call to Good Sam.

Matt owns the business and has been operating in the Austin area about 10 years. He owned a similar business in CA before relocating to TX.

He is very nice and knows his business. He is also VERY fair and reasonable.
