Wobbly
2021 Cherokee Limited 274RK
We’re set up for LT and our camper is level according to the level. Our setup is with our jacks on blocks. But when my husband walks around it feels like the trailer is wobbling. Is there anything we can do to further stabilize and decrease the feeling the movement is generating? Thanks everyone!!

This type of device helped when we had that problem.

It could be unit dependent but X-chocks never helped enough or our Wildcat 5th wheel. I started using one of these stack jacks under the rear spring hanger on each side and our trailer is pretty stable now.

DOH! I should have said I already had JT Strongarm Stabilizers on it. The stack jacks finished off the anti-wobbly process.

I've looked at these and wonder if putting a ratchet strap across the factory scissor stabilizers would be just as effective?

even with stabs down, wheels turn just a bit causing the wiggling trailer movement... the X chocks LOCK the wheels from turning and keep trailer from moving that slight 1/4 to 1/2 inch when walking inside...
I bought the cheaper plastic and they work also...

Make sure your stabs are not cranked down far. It's like standing on tippy toes, very wobbly when extended far. Put blocks beneath stabs to prevent this. I see some campers stabs cranked out so far, they look like storks, it's ridiculous.

I made these for our Mallard M28 out of 2x4’s, they worked great.
