Ok so I've been a bug a salt owner since 11/22/12 and actually posted my first "kill" on here.
Now I went to use my a salt rifle the other day and the feeder for the salt chamber would not raise to allow salt to be fed for the next a salt ......
Called the company last Wednesday as they advertise "we'll make it right" and I had to leave a msg.
Lorenzo himself called me this morning stating the whole office had the flu and apologised for the delay in returning my call.
He promptly asked me of my issue and said sounds like I need to send you a replacement a salt rifle.
He looked up my order and said I should see my new "lone gunman a salt rifle " in 3 to 5 business days!
Hmmm. I keep my 50 shot high capacity magazine fully loaded with ammo all the time. Maybe I need to empty it occasionally and function check the action.
OBTW, folks LOVE my new grill salt shaker!
