We have been lucky enough to watch the 4th of July fireworks in Newport Oregon for the past few years. It is a great display, right in the middle of the bay, and the Coast Guard welcomes people to park a chair on their lawn and take in the whole event.
This year, unfortunately, we don't depart for Oregon until August and will miss our July 4th celebration.
We will be thinking of you.

Oh it would be nice to have to wear a coat on the 4th. It's always around a 100 here.We are going down to Ft.Worth this weekend for a wedding.Staying at Jellystone in Burleson.Probably be a 100 there too.

Oregon Coast temp's are a welcome retreat from the 100*+ temps we get here at home daily during the summer.

We will be on the Oregon coast in August. Cannon Beach for a FROG Rally, and then to Waldport KOA for a few nights. Love wearing long sleeves in August! Then to Boardman for the Labor Day weekend. Love Oregon.
