Not sure where this belongs:

Just wondering if there are people that camp and work six months and then move to another spot. Was thinking about going south for winter and working then come back to Vermont in the summer, then back south again.

There are full timers on the forum that do just that or variations of that schedule, I think the real factor would be the type of work you do. The only negative I see with the idea is the part about work! lol

Yes I agree about the work part of it. Just was seeing if others are doing it. I am a carpenter and the DW is a RN.
