#1 son and I were in our local Toysus awhile ago. While he was looking for his stuff, I wandered over to the Lego section. I spotted a Class B van for anyone wanting to add to their collection.
I picked this up, and we may put it together later.

Look what FedEx just dropped off. Now I'll have a place for all my Lego RVs to go tailgate at. Lol

A little off-topic but it makes me sad that this was posted just a little under 2 years ago. I miss Toys-R-Us.
We didn't shop there all that often, and the one that was by us wasn't even in the same building as it was originally when I went there all the time as a kid. But it was still fun walking through the aisles and reminiscing.
Funny how a lot of the toys out even then were still the same (in name at least) as the toys I remember. GI Joe, Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Legos, Barbies and tons of different video games.

Just some more Lego trivia.
What country buys the most Legos?
Hint 1, it's not the United States
Hint 2: Lego is actually the #1 toy company in this country.
Hint 3: This country's population is about 1/4 the size of the U.S.

Dang Google, and their suggestions. They pointed me to something and I have a feeling I am about to spend more money on. It's a company that makes model specific LED light kits for a bunch of these Lego kits.

LOL. It's even worse for me. Awhile back I purchased the Old Fishing Store and actually put it together during Christmas. It's still sitting on the kitchen table.
Well, they would make a light kit for it too.....Dagnabit.

Do they take 30 amp or 50 amp connections? I have 30 amps in my backyard but could easily convert to 50 if needed.

Great idea and nice looking kits, but they reversed the port and starboard lights on the boat. Red should be on port (left), green on starboard (right).

Oh boy. I have a whole town in the basement that I gave to my kid saved from my childhood...its 12x8ft. I ran christmas lights upnfrom the bottom as a kid to light up some ofbthe buildings. I hope they don't have light kits for all those. I remodeled the TT one and took it to work to play.

My son and I were in our local Target this weekend and I passed by the toy section. I was kind of grinning when I passed by an end cap where a mother was talking to her young son, who was looking at a lego set. She was telling him he was lucky she was going to get him the $35 set but wasn't spending $60.
Their conversation got my attention to kind of look to see what he was getting, when I spotted this as I looked. I sure didn't get off for 35 or even 60. Curses to them and to Target, for causing me to spend more money to add to my RV collection.
What was worse than that, is my son walks up with some rock band shirts that I couldn't deny buying him now once he saw Dad's toy in the buggy...so I got double whammied.

Man, I can't even go in a Dollar General. This caught my eye on an endcap earlier tonight. $20 dollars later I own one to add to the collection. The infant minifig is the first one I've seen. That cracked me up.

When am I going to learn to stay off the lego aisle at Target. They had a rather large Class B to add to the collection. See the box size comparisons. Spent way too much but you only live once. Had a great conversation with three of the female cashiers though, talking about it.

Did you try telling them that you couldn't pay for it, just to see if they could make money magically appear in your pocket?
Happy Independence Day!

Hmmm, I may have to try that. I wonder though if those uniformed off-duty police officers they have there on site, will help escort me to my vehicle to maybe find some magic money.
Unfortunately that didn't work on my add-on purchase, which is the light kit for this. Just like full size RV's, you just have to keep spending money on them.

Kind of a funny story and unexpected. #1 son and I were in another town yesterday to see a hockey game. We had some spare time so went in the local Target to see what Lego sets they may have. The had some Muppets minifig blind packs. A blind pack is a sealed pouch that you don't really what's in it, but will be a minifig of the Muppets. They had a few of the choices on the pack, which didn't interest me as it isn't something for my RV collection. My son bought one wanting Kermit. Here is pic of the pack from google
So after he buys it and step out of the store, he opens it up and starts laughing. He was laughing cause he actually got one of my favorite Muppet characters and one that isn't shown on the blind pack cover art. He got my favorite critic, Waldorf. I told my son I would give him his money back and he refused, just knowing I wanted it. Lego included a foldout that shows all 12 minifigs and their accessories.
But what is Waldorf without Statler. After studying the handout, we talked ourselves into going back in to Target and seeing if we could basically feel the packs and see if we could determine which character they were from their heads, accessories, etc.
We were 100% successful in that and my son got Kermit & Rolph, which he gave me Waldorf after I found Statler.
So now I plan to add a few professional critics to my Lego campground, that will be able to add humor to the situation when people speed around it, like in this thread below. I may have to swap out their bottom pants parts for shorts.
