Camping with hardly anybody around

Well recently had 2 surgeries . Biopsy/Tumor removal. Have Bladder Cancer. Well after the last one. was laid up for a while. Felt better so i decided i needed some of "Me Time". Me, Wife and our Little dog went camping to one of our fav spots. Brighton RV in Brighton,Fl. Season is just about over in fla. Got there almost a ghost town. 6 others set up. I was like hell yaaaaa.
Great Spot. Pull thru (5'er). Very Level Pad. 3 days with cool temps in am and warm in afternoon. When u can sit out side at 3pm in fla and enjoy the day without sweating ya butt off. its perfection at it's best. 3 Nights w/50 amp $175. Just can't beat that. Prob just what the Dr ordered.
An to add went to Casino down road. ended up coming home with an extra grand in my pocket. Double win for me.

Good to hear you were feeling up to it, and an extra win to boot! Hope your lucky streak continues. What do you consider “camping season” in Florida?

Glad you are up and about and wish health and happiness for you and your family and many great camping memories. It has been a long time since I have encountered a CG with hardly no one there. Reservations are at a premium up our way.

ty both. well season in fla referred to as oct thru april when snowbirds flick to fla from cold states. This time of yr its usually dry no rain an hot. During season u r lucky to get a spot
anywhere.

well mo camping is pretty much yr round but an a bug butt at that. depending on what part if yr an what area of fla. summer can hit high 90s with humidity same.so 2 ac is needed. alobg with severe thunder storms. winter is awesome but availability is "good luck with that"

Well my friends. got some good news yesterday. Cancer tumor was Non Invasive. What a relief. Now only have to get every 3 months scopes for 2 yrs.
