Canadians buying the Good Sam RV Travel Guide
Considering buying the 2015 Good Sam RV Travel Guide, as the discounted price is good right now. Upon checkout it says Canadians may be charged a brokerage fee, duties, taxes, etc. upon arrival and that it will be collected by the deliverer. Has anybody ordered it this year or in the past and remember how much these fees were? I just don't want any surprises when it arrives. They say they don't know how much these fees are cause they don't charge them and you pay the carrier. I don't want he book if it doubles in price once it arrives.
Can anyone shed light on this?
