Class action in Florida?

The link to this story caught my eye at RV Daily Report.

Florida Parks email is the real deal, officials say

On another forum there is a thread going that a group of Florida residents are initiating a class action against the Florida Division of Recreation and Parks. It's apparently an attempt to get changes made to the reservation system, and make it more favorable for Florida residents who as a percentage of campground users are a disproportionate minority, when compared against out of state residents. Snowbirds beware...........maybe........possibly......WTHK!

Oh well, what did mom say about believing stuff on the net LOL.

Or........Maybe Marcus and Camping World / Good Sam needed more names and addresses to add to the junk mail list?

I got that email notice. Funny, I was thinking earlier this year when attempting to make reservations that I wish FL residents could book earlier than non-FL residents. Right now you can book starting 11 months before your check in date, but trying to get into many parks in Spring or Fall can be very difficult. I know some of the more popular county parks operate on a county resident first change basis.
