Still under investigation.
According to a person I know who was there said the rv driver hit the throttle pedal instead of the brake while parking.

So very sad. This poor man has a lot to try to live with. We had a neighbor that ran his wife over with a golf cart and she died. They were both in their 80's and married for over 60 years. He never recovered form the grief and guilt and passed a short time later.
