I've joined the 21st century and got DSL.

Being the cheap sum gun I am it took awhile.

3Mb up 780Kb down is the advertised and it's purty close to it with an average of 2.8Mb up and 710Kb down.

i have been toying with going satelite internet
its about the same price as what i pay for dsl and basic phone combined, out here in the sticks

27 for a phone line and then a pleasant 47 for dsl, but wait, cant have dsl without the the phone line

DSL is 30 plus tax and I was "told" I can cancle the phone service since I don't use it

if not they will lose a customer............

we are in a telephone coop since its so country out here dont ya know LOL
same company does cell, basic phone and dsl
its a racket of monopoly wallet squeezing going on here
