Southeast GA coast down I-95
$1.89.9 reg
$2.29.9 Diesel
Pilot/Flying J diesel is $2.19.9 with RV card.

I've seen gas as high as $2.10.9 and diesel as high as $2.49.9 at some places along the way in the same area.

Las Vegas is still in $2.50 range. Our gas comes from California so it's more expensive and last year our county commission increased the hidden sales tax in the price per gallon.

We need gas and diesel prices to go up! I hope oil can go up to at least $70 a barrel. We have too many oilfield workers out of work and those of us still employed are facing cutbacks and possible layoffs. Not good down here in South Louisiana.

Sympathy might be hard to find!! Hopefully you put a little money back when oil was over $100 and we were paying $4 plus per gallon.

If the price of gas stays low, will the gallons sold go up? Most people will be able to afford a couple of extra road trips and increase the volume of gas sold to make up for some dollars lost.

Just on the news this morning. Record number of travelers (by auto) this Christmas, double the number from Thanksgiving. Increase in gas consumption. Maybe the increase in travel will lower the supply and put these folks back to work. And Congress just opened foreign oil exports. That should mean increase in production. I love the low prices but I feel for my friends who work in the oil business. Especially here at Christmas.
