GD went halibut fishing in Alaska today
Grand daughter, her husband and her Dad chartered a fishing boat in Alaska today and evidently had some luck. I do believe she was a little frightened?

She just called, I guess they are shipping 20# to our house to be split up between 3 families at least. One part will have to go to her Uncle Joe in Arkansas, 1 part to her mom and sister and the other for her and Troy(husband).

Knowing my oldest son, it will be filleted and individually wrapped.

All we have are the 6 packages she left for us and her Uncle Joe.
They are pretty pricey fillets, somewhere around $50/lb.

Shipping frozen items o/n, and even race car parts o/n is real spendy, esp. from where your package came from. Wife's uncle son works at fishing resort all summer, every summer.
