Important Notice!!
Daylight Savings Time is ending so don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour at 2 AM.
It's too much of a challenge for me to turn my timepiece back at 2 AM so I always wait until sun up and even then it's a difficult task.

Yeah yeah yeah......Spring forward/Fall back. And they keep telling you that you get an extra hour of sleep this weekend.
Well the truth is you’ll end up using more than an hour turning back all the clocks in your life.
Kitchen....probably 2 or 3 there, living room, another couple....did you include the TV and recorder or are they automatic, bedside alarm clocks (his and hers), family room.......
And then there’s the RV....I know I have several in there, both battery and powered....
Oh, and let’s not forget the cars.......
With today’s infotainment centres, that could mean an appointment to the dealer’s to figure that one out.......or maybe just trade it in on a newer model with the correct time showing

I wish they would just drop Daylight Savings Time all together. I just don't see the purpose for it anymore.

Arizona and the City of Indianapolis did away with it. Here in AK, it makes absolutely no difference during winter darkness or summer daylight.

Only 14 clocks for me! I wish it would stay daylight savings time all year long. I like the extra light in the afternoon.

Right now the Voters of California me included are deciding whether or not to keep it. But the way I understand it is still to be decided by the FEDS.

I'm with Joe_GA. Wish Daylight Savings time was permanent. Living on the east side of a timezone, it gets light way too early to be of any use to most.

I was firmly in the keep it on "fast time" or daylight saving time all year myself until last week.
There were 4 different multiple fatalities of children getting killed at bus stops or on the way to them.
If "falling back" and having more daylight in the morning will save kids lives, I'll gladly put up with the inconvenience.
(I've got a couple of watches I'll have to go to you-tube to get help setting and if the clocks in my vehicles don't set themselves they may be off an hour for the next 6 months!)

Also a good time to replace your battery powered smoke alarm batteries.
We just traveled from the Eastern to Central time zone yesterday so had to set the clocks back 2 hours. The fur babies were up when the sun came up as usual.

Sadly, I don't think the extra sunlight will help. The stories I've read it were all because the drivers didn't stop for the school bus itself. Somehow they missed all flashing lights and the multiple stops signs on the side of the buses.
I've seen at least one picture where they are putting long arms and even more flashing lights on the buses. I've also seen where some bus drivers are stopping diagonally across 2 lanes of traffic to stop drivers from going around.

Yes, I've seen them do that here in Louisville. I think it's a good idea!
