NFL Preseason games

Anyone following the teams preseason stats?

The Cowgirls are 0-3 and according to Jones,he seems to be nervous about Romo getting sacked 3 times last night by Miami. The Dallas Morning News reported that he might put the second string offensive line in action.

Of course,he says that it is the coaches decision, but we know how that goes.

I was on the field doing photos at the Falcons-Titans game last night. The Falcons looked pretty good but fell apart when the second string came out for the second half. The Titans offense looked reasonably fair, but far from great.

It was almost like both teams were screwing around.

Tell me about it!

This is my third year on the sidelines as a photographer, the first year, they went to the NFC championship game, it was awesome.

Last year suucccckkkkkkeeeeddddddd.

This year I had some hope for a decent season, but frankly it looks rather shaky already. They penalized themselves flat out of that game.

Recognize this fellow? I'll be taking his photo again in about two weeks.

I grew up going to open spring training camps in New Orleans watching Saints players...yes, I do recognize one of the best QB'S in the league right now

Today's Dallas Morning News reports that Tony Romo did not practice today.

I personally think the Cowgirls are very afraid of Romo's back and are handling him with kid gloves.

Interesting to see if he plays Thursday night against Denver and even more interesting to see how he plays in the regular season.

Perhaps the Cowgirls will one day look back and wish they were 8-8.

Our local radio station is advertising that they are going to carry all the Cowgirls games. But who wants to listen to them? I bet the station manager is a fan and wanted to listen to the cheerleaders.

I was wrong in asking if Romo will play Thursday against Denver- the article said he will not play Thursday. All the more reason they are afraid of his back.

Can't wait until September 7 when their regular season starts against San Francisco.

Who listens to the cheerleaders? They're eye candy.

"Harsh"? No- just realistic. The "Americas' team label has left the building long ago.

Not sure about The Cowbots but the NY Giants will not have any big name starters playing in the 4th pre season game. They just don't do it, ever, that is a complete throw away game that they would not risk a star on, let the walk-on's and guys you are gonna cut anyway take the beating. I would imagine the other 31 do the same.

Two different school of thoughts about NFL pre season games. Yours is one and the other is that the pre season games gives everyone a chance to review both rookies and the "regulars".

I'm in the middle.
