Sad News from Eastpointe, MI
It is with extreme sadness that I must tell all that Herbert Dale Marz, beloved father of 6 Actual (Anne-Marie), passed from this world at 4:33PM on 30 June 2015. Husband, Father, Friend and loved by all who knew him; a caring and gentle soul that will be dearly missed. Please keep Anne-Marie in your thoughts during this time of grief. He was my adoptive father and I miss him so much, but realize he is now in a better place. He spoke five languages of which I believe Latin was his favorite so I say now Requiescat in pace, carissimo patri, semper sis recordati.

Thanks all - Anne-Marie and I appreciate the thoughts and prayers.
Odd fact - why would a cemetery close on Friday for the 4th? Now everything is stretched out - Rosary today, Funeral tomorrow and Interment on Saturday.
Even the staff at the cemetery do not understand why management closed the cemetery on Friday. Sheesh.

The employees are most likely given the day as the holiday. We are closed tomorrow too.
