I am so sorry to rain on your parade Mrs. Evans but it has not. We still have lots of deep snow cover on the ground here in Boston.

Spring is a long way away......

I remember a silly poem on the subject:

Spring has sprung
The grass is riz
I wonder where the birdies is.
The bird is on the wing, they say
But that's absurd - the wing is really on the bird.

It' 60 F and sunny again this afternoon. We had our first rain for nearly a month overnight.

Thank you, I took it with my phone, my purple leaf plum tree has little buds all over it
