Been to Baytown....years ago. Used to be a nice small town.
I'm callin' BS on this:
Due to the version of the story given to Deputy Taylor by the female passenger and the fact there was no direct evidence connecting her with this offense, all pertinent information was obtained from her and she was released. The pick-up truck, which was not reported to be stolen at that time, was picked up and held for further examination.
Uh, look out/ accomplice? 
Ain't like she couldn't have known he was hooking up to and STEALING (by cutting at least one lock) a CAMPER TRAILER.

KHOU news reports the thief was pulling the trailer at speeds up to 100 mph! Several questions come to mind. What kept those China Bombs from blowing? That must have been one brave man to hang out the door of a moving camper and start shooting. Best of all what was his contingency plan had he hit the driver and killed him? Who would steer the truck then?

That's the first thing I thought. What if you hit the driver? A crash at 100 mph in a trailer us going to be bad. Glad everyone is ok and hope the BG goes away for a while although I doubt it. Six months probation I bet and he will do it again.

Yep and that is why these things get so bad... They know they will be out and doing it again before the criminal complaint is even filled at the court!
