I immediately noted the mismatched wheels on the TT.

Any way you look at it, the tongue weight on that trailer is easily double the max capacity of any receiver they make for that car. I'd lay money on it they don't have a brake controller installed either...I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it at 50+ mph.

Most left rear looks to be a spare.

Why have I seen a PU towing a FW and then a CJ7 jeep behind the FW?

Please post location and license plate number so one of us good natured souls can disable this rig while the owner is in the hospital...

According to the UK "Caravanner" magazine, the best vehicle to tow a 3000-pound TT is a Ford Focus. For a 3700 pounder, they recommend a VW Passat diesel and they reckon the Range Rover can tow any weight of TT on the market. They don't even look at pick-ups, possibly because so few are sold in the UK. My Kia Sedona (3.5L V6, 5-speed auto) is rated at 6600 pounds in Europe vs. 3500 pounds in the US
I have often wondered why US ratings are so much more conservative - auto manufacturers scared of the lawyers? Maybe the ratings are based on the perceived competence of the average driver. Anyone know for sure?

If I am right a big difference is the hitch weight too. Most european TT have between 50 and 100 lbs hitch weight.
