Yes, we had a low life POS break into our rig once. We kept it stored at a storage place that had the garage type locker storage as well. They did some considerable amount of destruction to the unit and stole quite a few expensive items. We left it packed because we were heading back out in 4 days. We learned that all of the campers were broke in to. We think someone had a storage locker rented in there. They broke all of the lights on the buildings facing the campers for near total darkness. We think they kept all of the items in their unit and sat on it for sometime before moving and walked out the gate that had no camera on it. We now keep our unit at a small gated, security camera area that has about 40 campers, motor homes and a few boats only. We have not had any theft problems since. Knock on wood.
