weekend notes

This weekend would have been an ok one for camping, not real good, but not bad either and wife had Friday though Tuesday off. But we had to leave MH at dealer for a non working slide last week. So, what to do? Since the Camaro hadn't been out of the garage since last September, we went to a car show Friday nite and had an enjoyable evening. Yesterday, we decided to do yard work. The mower deck on the Husqvarna lost a stabilizing rod, and wife had to get under mower to put it back on. That really put me in depressed mood the rest of the day. Since I was crippled a few years ago, I can't bend down or get low enough to do anything anymore. I used to do all my own maintenance on everything, now I have to beg someone else to do it. I think the mental pain is worse than the physical pain I have. Feeling better this morning. Wife just left to go to grocery store. Once she gets back, she can help me with my shower and dressing, then I think we will go to the Lazy Boy store to see what kind of recliners they have that will fit the MH.

Keep your chin up and enjoy your motorhome. My only niece went to a car show in MO to show off her husband's 67 Camaro yesterday and came home with a 2014 Camaro RS also. They had a drawing and she won it!

Well, today has gone better than yesterday. Think I have found the recliners to replace the sofa bed in the MH. Then wife said it's warm enough, let's put the top down on the BMW Z4 and take a ride. She even let me drive.
