I appreciate your participation in supporting your customers. It shows that you have a true interest in customer satisfaction. I purchased a Rockwood 2604WS back in May. Derick was my customer rep and did a good job with my sale. My issue is that I have had a problem with my electric stabilizers which I have tried to get support since June without any success. I have left messages for the service department and tried opening a ticket using your website.
