That's one of the reasons we try and keep our first time out close to home. We work out all the kinks. I have been having problems with our keyless entry too. When sun is hitting it, it locks but won't unlock. At nite it works ok. I just figured that sun was making door swell. I need some practice backing mine also. Even though I have been pulling a tt for years and my job requires me to drive semis I looked like a beginner when I backed it into my driveway. I guess I am a little nervous with the trailer being so close to the cab of truck. I need to learn my limitations.

Yes, 2 trips x 2 nights. We both still love it. PLENTY of room! Daughter &son in laws stayed each a trip. Gotta get used to 40', but pulled good. Backing in will take some practice.
The shower hose leaked, and city water connection on the camper leaked. Asked dealer for replacement pieces, and changed them myself.
Next trip, keyless entry wouldn't work unless door standing open, and noticed the under belly sagging. At dealer now, should pu Friday, and I'll head to a local park on the intracoastal waterway. I'll let you know how the under belly is resolved. Think the door just needed adjusting. Little things!
Let's keep in touch. Let me know how your 1st trip goes!
