I asked this in the v cross thread but as I need an answer faster I'll ask here too. Filling fresh water tank for the first time and water is coming from a black plastic valve that faces up. Is that an overflow preventer? Is there supposed to be a cap or hose on that? I thought they told me during orientation that when tank is full it would come out the fill spout? Also getting very poor water pressure is that related?
